Website statistics: if enabled, Google Analytics collects anonymous usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device) using cookies, to help us improve the website.

We do not ask for payment card details, passwords or government ID numbers on this website.

Your details are seen by our sales and export team. We also use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf: our website hosting provider, our business email provider (Google Workspace), and Google Analytics and Google Maps. Where needed to complete an order, we share the necessary details with freight forwarders, shipping lines, banks and customs authorities. We may disclose information if required by law.

International buyers

We are based in India and serve customers in many countries. Information you send us is stored and handled in India and by our service providers, who may store data in other countries. We take reasonable care to keep it protected wherever it is processed.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as needed for our business relationship and for accounting, tax and legal requirements. Enquiries that do not lead to business are usually deleted after three years. Spam submissions are deleted automatically.
