How we make your bottles
Our bottles are blow moulded at three plants in Chhatral GIDC, Gujarat. Caps, inner plugs and measuring caps are matched to each neck, so you receive a complete pack ready for filling.
Quality credentials: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 15378, DMF, USP Class VI, TSE / BSE Compliant and Excellent Chemical Resistance. Every batch is checked for weight, neck dimensions and leakage before dispatch.
Choosing the right bottle
- Up to 250 ml: syrups, drops, veterinary doses and trial packs – round and flat bottles
- 500 ml to 1 litre: the most popular retail size for agrochemicals and veterinary liquids
- Measured dosing: twin neck bottles with a built-in measuring chamber
- Above 2 litres: consider a jerry can with a handle for easier pouring

What sizes are available?
Modern Plaspack LLP currently makes 82 models on this page, in these sizes: 30 ml, 60 ml, 66 ml, 100 ml, 120 ml, 200 ml, 250 ml, 300 ml, 400 ml, 500 ml, 600 ml, 1 Ltr and 2.5 Ltr. New sizes can be developed with a new mould.
What is the minimum order quantity for HDPE bottles?
MOQ depends on the bottle, colour and printing. For standard bottles in natural or white colour we can usually supply mixed quantities; share your size and monthly requirement and we will confirm the MOQ with the quotation.
Do you supply caps with the bottles?
Yes. We supply matching screw caps, inner plugs, measuring caps and, where needed, child-resistant (CRC) and tamper-evident caps.
Can you make bottles in my brand colour?
Yes. HDPE bottles can be made in most colours using masterbatch. Share a colour reference (Pantone or a sample) with your enquiry.
Do you send samples before a bulk order?
Yes, samples of standard bottles can be sent so you can run fill and leak tests with your own product.
