Safety and compatibility
Agrochemicals can contain solvents, emulsifiers and active ingredients that attack weak plastics. HDPE has excellent chemical resistance for most formulations, but compatibility should always be confirmed with a storage test using your own product. Tell us the formulation type (EC, SC, SL, WG) and we will advise on the bottle and closure.
Quality credentials: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 15378, DMF, USP Class VI, TSE / BSE Compliant and Excellent Chemical Resistance.
Stand out on the dealer shelf
Triangular bottles and coloured HDPE help farmers recognise your brand at the dealer counter. Flat label panels give room for the mandatory label text and pictograms.

What sizes are available?
Modern Plaspack LLP currently makes 67 models on this page, in these sizes: 30 ml, 100 ml, 250 ml, 300 ml, 400 ml, 500 ml, 600 ml, 1 Ltr, 2 Ltr, 2.5 Ltr, 3.5 Ltr, 5 Ltr and 10 Ltr. New sizes can be developed with a new mould.
Which plastic is used for pesticide bottles?
HDPE is the most common material for pesticide bottles because of its chemical resistance and strength. For some solvent-based formulations, a barrier or fluorinated bottle may be required; run a compatibility test first.
Do you supply induction-sealed bottles?
