Choosing the jar size
A jar holds a fixed volume, so how many grams fit depends on the bulk density of your powder. A light protein powder needs a much bigger jar than a dense mineral mixture of the same weight. We recommend a fill trial with your own product – we can send sample jars.

What sizes are available?
Modern Plaspack LLP currently makes 34 models on this page, in these sizes: 10 g, 50 g, 75 g, 100 g, 200 g, 205 g, 250 g, 500 g, 750 g, 1 kg and 2 kg. New sizes can be developed with a new mould.
What sizes of plastic jars do you make?

Do you supply scoops with the jars?
Yes, we make measuring spoons and scoops that can be packed with your jars.
Are your jars moisture-proof?
HDPE is a good moisture barrier. For very moisture-sensitive powders, use an induction seal under the cap.
Why does a "500 g jar" not fit 500 g of my powder?
Jar sizes are a guide based on typical powders. The actual weight depends on your powder's bulk density, so do a fill trial before ordering.
