A Twin-Neck Bottle (often called a "Dose and Pour", Auto-Measure, or Chamber Dosing Bottle) is a single-piece blow-moulded HDPE container featuring two necks and an integrated graduated measuring reservoir connected by an internal feed tube. By gently squeezing the main bottle body while the storage cap is closed, liquid rises through the internal channel into the calibrated dosing chamber. The user then unscrews the dosing chamber cap and pours out the exact measured dose without any liquid from the main reservoir spilling out and without needing a separate plastic measuring cup.

When farmers mix concentrated liquid pesticides, foliar bio-stimulants, or micronutrient fertilizers in the field—or when livestock owners measure oral dewormers, liquid calcium, and poultry supplements in a barn—using a separate external measuring cap creates three serious problems:
- Dermal Exposure & Spillage: Pouring a toxic or sticky concentrate from a standard wide-neck bottle into a small external cup in windy or uneven field conditions leads to drips down the bottle side and direct skin contact.

Our Twin Neck Bottles eliminate external measuring cups entirely through a smart 3-step hydraulic design:
- Step 1 (Loosen Dosing Cap Slightly & Squeeze): With the main filling neck sealed tight and the dosing chamber cap loosened half a turn to vent air, the user squeezes the ergonomic HDPE body. Liquid travels up the moulded side tube directly into the graduated top chamber.
- Step 2 (Release at Target Graduation Mark): Embossed volume markings on the dosing chamber allow the user to fill to the exact required millilitre level; excess liquid drains back automatically if tilted prior to pouring.
- Step 3 (Remove Dosing Cap & Pour): Because the main reservoir remains closed and sealed off from the dosing chamber, tilting the bottle empties only the measured chamber cleanly into the spray tank or drench gun.

Yes. Both necks can take aluminium foil induction wads. Because sealer heads differ, we recommend a quick trial with our samples on your own induction sealer before bulk production.
