Choose a powder scoop by the dose you want (checked with your own powder), a handle long enough to reach the bottom of the jar but short enough to fit under the lid, and a size that fits through the jar mouth. Buying jar, cap and scoop from one manufacturer ensures they fit together.
A measuring scoop inside the jar lets your customer take the right dose every time. For protein powders, nutraceuticals, ORS and veterinary supplements, it is a small part that makes a big difference to the user.

How to choose a scoop
- Dose: decide the dose by weight (for example one serving), then check it with your own powder, because the same scoop holds different weights of light and dense powders.
- Handle length: the scoop must reach the bottom of the jar but still fit under the closed lid.
- Jar fit: check that the scoop fits through the jar mouth and does not block the induction seal.
- Clean supply: scoops that touch food or medicine should be made from suitable virgin material and packed clean.
